Day 3: Monday, January 3rd, 2011

Cravings are going away!!!  Well at least today they did.  I was able to sit there at school tonight watching a guy eat beef stroganoff and had no desire to eat it.  That is great!

So lets see umm today was banana day.  Still doesn't compare to the chocolate day.  But it was definitely better than vanilla.  Tomorrow will be strawberry, the last of the flavors to try.  Hopefully it is good.  I am still hungry within an hour of drinking a shake but I figure the reasons are:

  1. I am taking Hot Rox which is a diet supplement.
  2. My body is still adjusting from 4000 calories to 1400 to 1900 calories a day.

I was a little tired in the afternoon but once I took a Hot Rox I woke up, so it is definitely a stimulant.

So my diet today consisted of the same as Saturday but with banana flavor:


0700 - 1 pill of Hotrox
0730 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 2 scoops super food, 1 scoop leucin, 1 scoop flaxseed, 1 serving fiber, and 1 pill flameout.
1130 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving fiber, 1 pill flameout.
15000 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving fiber, 1 pill flameout.
1700 - Workout drink - 2 scoops Surge Recovery
1800 - 1 pill Hoxrox
1900 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 2 scoops super food, 1 scoop leucin, 1 scoop flaxseed, 1 serving fiber, and 1 pill flameout.
2200 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving Natural Peanut butter, 1 flameout.
 
The workout today was tough, I am getting weaker but I think it has a lot to do with not using any energy booster (Jack3D or Pink Magic).  I just need adjust.
Here is my workout today:

Wide-grip lat-pulldown:
Set 1 - 195/8 reps
Set 2 - 200/8 reps
Set 3 - 205/8 reps
Set 4 - 205/8 reps
Set 5 - 210/8 reps

Incline barbell bench
Set 1 - 185/8 reps
Set 2 - 185/8 reps
Set 3 - 185/8 reps
Set 4 - 175/8 reps
Set 5 - 175/8 reps

Barbell biceps curls
Set 1 - 135/8 reps
Set 2 - 135/8 reps
Set 3 - 125/8 reps
Set 4 - 125/8 reps
Set 5 - 125/8 reps
 
Hanging Leg Raise
Set 1 - 8 reps
Set 2 - 8 reps
Set 3 - 8 reps
Set 4 - 8 reps
Set 5 - 8 reps

I weighed in at 176.5 this morning down from 177.5 the day before.
