Well I went with vanilla protein today. It was ummm.... VANILLA. Tomorrow I plan on trying banana cream. Then on Tuesday strawberry. Then after one cycle through the flavors I will start combining them. Every shake requires two scoops of protein so I will do a scoop of each, like chocolcate-banana or vanilla strawberry. At least it will change things up in that aspect.
The hunger was about the same today as yesterday but I understand my body requires a couple of days to get used the change in calorie intake. It would be like all of a sudden going from 1500-1800 calories to 4000 calories your body would be like, PLEASE STOP FEEDING ME. Lets see how I am come Wednesday that would be 5 days into the process.
The results are starting to show already. I am leaned out right now as we speak. I am seeing my abs without doing anything but mostly the top 4 abs, the bottom two are there but not showing unless I flex. One worry I have is losing muscle mass. I am so tempted to do sit-ups and push-ups but I got to follow the plan but after week 1 if I don't see results and think that muscle is being dissolved then I will. Also another thing I noticed and this is not from this workout specifically but my calves have gotten smaller. I know it is because I started running less because it was cold as hell in the morning. I don't really see anything that is going to make the calves build up which is odd and I do not want CHICKEN LEGS. I guess maybe my walk I do is supposed to help in that aspect.
Speaking of the walks I do get a sweat from them. I do an half hour at a time and average about 2 miles. Moving fast!!!!
So here was my diet for today:
0900 - 1 pills of Hotrox
0915 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 2 scoops super food, 1 scoop leucin, 1 scoop flaxseed, 1 serving fiber, and 1 pill flameout.
1200 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving fiber, 1 pill flameout.
1500 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving fiber, 1 pill flameout.
1830 - 2130 - 1 pill Hoxrox
1900 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 2 scoops super food, 1 scoop leucin, 1 scoop flaxseed, 1 serving fiber, and 1 pill flameout.
2200 - Made shake - 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop leucin, 1 serving Natural Peanut butter, 1 flameout.
Workout was just my walk like said before.
